Design process - premium packages

  • 01 / Select a Service

    It all begins with our discovery session; where I can learn all about you and your specific business design needs. With a clear idea of where you’d like to be, we can guide you on selecting the correct brand style or web platform for your business.

  • 02 / Schedule + Prep

    From there we block out our calendar reserved only for your project, and we will create a custom Mood Board for your business’ brand story. You select a direction and I get to work on creating your dream branding/website elements.

  • 03 / Revisions + Set Up Guide

    We want you to be thrilled with your new designs. Our “semi-custom” work always includes 3 rounds of revisions. Also, for branding and website packages, you’ll receive guides for best use practices, and “how-to” steps for future website updates.

  • 04 / Launch + Buffer

    Have you ever wished to have a bit of buffer time to test out your new website or brand? We understand. That’s why all “semi-custom” packages come with one week of real-world testing. Give your new brand or website a spin! And let us handle any tweaks or small edits that may have been missed.

you have the question - I have the answers

  • You must have all content necessary for the project ready to go by our agreed upon start date unless discussed prior. Failure to do so could result in rescheduling the project to a later date and/or a restart fee.

  • Payments are broken into two parts. There is a 50% non-refundable deopsit that needs to be paid up front in order to secure your booking, and the 50% remainder that can be paid on the end date OR when the project is complete.

  • No. All deposits are nonrefundable as it is my way of securing your spot. I book projects several months ahead of time, and scheduling ensures that I give all of my clients the proper amount of time that a project deserves. As a result, I turn away clients for your reserved time slot. If you back out of the project, you may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another project. The deposits ensure that clients are serious about moving forward with the project.

  • If for some reason you are still not happy after two rounds of edits, we will continue the refinement process at my current hourly rate.

    We go through an in-depth questionnaire and briefing process in the beginning to make sure we are on the same page, so 99% of the time 2 refinement rounds are plenty!

  • I usually book about four weeks in advance, so I would recommend getting in touch with me as soon as you start thinking you need a designer and well before your deadline.

  • Short answer - possibly. Each project timeline has be thoughtfully created to give us enough time to do our research, for me to draft your design, and for us to go through the editing rounds. However, if you need a rush project, please let me know well in advance so I can create a custom quote based on your requirements and a rush fee may be added depending on the deadline and complexity of the project.
